The staff were courteous and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of receiving a piece of delicious birthday cake. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of downtown, allowing us easy access to restaurants, theater, sports, shopping.

The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and popular attractions like the ROM within walking distance. Our children enjoyed the family pool, a rare find during these times. We also appreciated the decent dining options available at the hotel. The friendly front desk service made us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch. We also found parking easily and the hotel's location near the old and new city halls, Eaton Centre, and subway made getting around this city a breeze.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything looked gorgeous. The location was perfect for tourists, as it was in the heart of downtown and close to the major shopping district on Yonge Street. Being near the Eaton Center and subway lines made it really convenient to explore the city. The staff was super friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. this hotel provided a central location, cleanliness, great facilities, and friendly staff.

The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to popular attractions like Yonge Street and CN Tower. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and the nice lobby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. We also loved the balcony in our room, which offered a spectacular view. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the staff seemed genuinely happy in their jobs.
