I loved how close the hotel was to the Universal theme parks, making it super convenient to get there. The boat ride to the parks was a fun and easy way to travel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool area and a fantastic tapas-style bar/restaurant where I had a great dining experience. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

I could easily access the water taxi to all the parks and CityWalk, saving me time and energy. the hotel was not far from shopping malls and other attractions, making it perfect for exploring the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive - everything was well maintained and spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, from the spacious rooms to the beautiful pool with a view. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was very welcoming, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay during the epidemic. The pool was fantastic, and the cabanas were convenient for families. The rooms and public areas were clean, and the food in the restaurants was surprisingly great. The direct access to other properties and citywalk via water taxi was a major plus. The hotel location was convenient to the amusement parks and the Universal City Walk area.
